Summary
Concerning contributions to "The Athenæum;" saying "Mr. Browning has just returned me the enclosed saying that he sees 'no sort of objection to the form of announcement.' I leave it therefore in your hands to forward to the Athenæum &c. I have not given your name as the publisher, or alluded to St. Paul's (in the first instance, better the collection appears in a volume) thinking that the "Athenæum" might regard that as too marked an advertisement for its Literary Gossip &c but you will be the best judge of the way to do all this;" adding, in a postscript, "If you have not already done so, please return me the M.S. of the [illegible] before you leave for your Norway trip; - and, for God's sake, don't 'mislay' any Body and Soul."
