Hand decoration: Contemporary rubrication, colored initial and foliate border (leaf [1]/1r), alternating red and blue initials with penwork decoration and paragraph marks (the blue has faded from washing), capital strokes and underlining. Annotations: A few early marginal notations throughout text. Contemporary alpha-numeric quire signatures (letter at bottom center of first leaf, numeral at right).
