20th-century quarter laced vellum, with decorative paper sides, over paper boards (20.5 x 14.5 cm), sewn on 5 supports by Mrs. W.T. Otto, 1928. Plain paper pastedowns and endleaves; decorative endbands; dark edges.

Hand decoration: Contemporary rubrication, red initials, paragraph marks, and capital strokes. Annotations: No marginal notations in text.
