18th/19th-century English green morocco with gilt-fillet border over paper boards (31.5 x 23 cm), sewn on 6 supports. Marbled paper pastedowns and fly leaves, with plain paper fly leaves; decorative endbands; gilt edges.
Inscriptions/Markings: 

Hand decoration: Rubricated, red and blue southern German puzzle initials, with alternating red and blue minor lombards, red paragraph marks, and yellow capital strokes. Red incipit rubrics. Annotations: No marginal notations in text. Manuscript numerical quire numbers in outer margins of first rectos.
