Modern English blind-tooled full brown morocco over (original?) wooden boards (33 x 22 cm.), sewn on 3 supports. Vellum pastedowns and fly leaves with plain paper fly leaves; decorative endbands; yellow edges.

Hand decoration: Italian (Venetian?) illuminated white vine initials, in two different hands; alternating red and blue initials. Annotations: A few contemporary marginal notations in an Italian hand and manicules (leaves [2]/6-7 only).
