16th/17th-century(?) Italian laced vellum over thin paper boards (30.5 x 21 cm.), sewn on 3 supports. Vellum reused from another source, labeled "privilegium" on top cover. Plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves; plain endbands.
Inscriptions/Markings
Hand decoration: Rubricated, one red lombard and headlines, remaining initials completed in simple ink and yellow capital strokes. Annotations: Contemporary marginal notations and manicules sporadically throughout. Contemporary manuscript quiring: alpha-numeric on rectos and numeric on final versos, and foliation.
