19th-century English laced limp vellum with fore-edge (Yapp) extensions (28 x 20 cm.), sewn on 3 supports (for Morris--same as vellum Kelmscott Press bindings). Plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves. 3 green ribbon ties, wanting.

Inscriptions/Markings
Hand decoration: Rubrication unrealized. Annotations: Contemporary marginal notations in two Germanic hands, throughout but predominantly in quires a-d, and lengthy calendrical inscription below colophon (leaf [rum]3v). Manuscript title on bottom edge: "Epl'e F. philelphi et Ovidii," 15th century.
