Collation: [1-10⁸ 11¹⁰; 12-17⁸ 18⁶ 19-22⁸]: 176 leaves, leaves [1]/1 and [22]/8 blank.

PML copy missing 2 leaves: [22]/1.8 (including final blank). Some staining in margins and text block, mainly from use. Most leaves in quires [21]-[22] repaired and mounted.
Binding
Nineteenth-century paste paper over paste boards (28.8 x 20.5 cm). Modern plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves.
Inscriptions/Markings
Hand decoration: Rubrication unrealized, except for leaves [9]/7v-8v (Dominica xiii) with a red lombard, paragraph marks (combination T- and backwards P-type), and capital strokes. Annotations: a few marginal corrections or annotations throughout. Contemporary long inscription in Czech(?) on bottom of leaf [3]/7r. Contemporary inscription of Psalm 23:1 in Latin on leaf [22]/7v.
