Nicholas of Osimo (Nicolaus de Ausmo) is named as the author, and the completion of composition is dated 28 November 1444, at the end of the text (leaf 354r).

20th-century gilt-tooled full goatskin over boards (27.5 x 20.5 cm.), sewn on 5 supports by Douglas Cockerell, 1901. Plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves; plain endbands.
