Contemporary German blind-stamped calf over wooden boards (30 x 21.5 cm), sewn on 3 supports in Nuremberg, with tools assigned to the Bogenfries workshop (EBDB w000375/Kyriss 118, active 1478-1517, also known as Haller-Meister workshop); rebacked by Duprez Lahey, 1930. Plain paper pastedowns and endleaves; modern plain endbands. 2 clasps, 1 missing. "Rosetu[m]" written on bottom edge.

Hand decoration: Contemporary southern German rubrication, red initials, paragraph marks, capital strokes, and brackets. Annotations: Minimal contemporary marginal notations and NB marks sporadically in text, in several hands, including one in rubricator's red (leaves a5r, a6r and F2r).
