Schollaert, signature (leaf oo6v), perhaps through inheritance: Désiré van den Schrieck's daughter Jeanne Marie Ghislaine (b. 1818) married into the Schollaert family; William Morris (1834-1896), Kelmscott House, Hammersmith, booklabel (front pastedown); Richard Bennett (1849-1930), purchased Morris's library in August 1896, this copy replacing one Bennett already owned that was missing leaves oo1 and oo5-6, Bennett's note dated 25 Oct. 1897 with price code: wr/wm/- (front pastedown), which was then then sold off with the Morris duplicates (Sotheby's, 5 Dec. 1898, lot 772), armorial bookplate (front endleaf 1 recto) and bibliographical notes: No. 214, 19/5/96 and price code: rm/-/- +___ (front pastedown); Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913), purchased with the Bennett collection, 1902.
