Contemporary Italian blind-tooled calf over wooden boards (34 x 20 cm), sewn on 3 supports. Manuscript waste as pastedowns; plain endbands. 4 bosses on each board, 1 wanting; 2 clasps, both wanting, with Agnus dei embossed on catchplates.

Hand decoration: Rubrication unrealized. Annotations: Contemporary marginal and interlinear notations throughout in a very small Italian hand, with elaborately cuffed manicules.
