Contemporary blind-stamped calf over wooden boards (30 x 21.5 cm), sewn on 4 supports at Cologne, Carthusians of St. Baraba workshop (Köln Kartäuserkloster 1 Gruppe/Kartause Barbara, EBDB w002176 and Kyriss 16, active ca. 1481-1519); rebacked and repaired by Duprez Lahey. Plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves (modern); decorative endbands. 2 clasps, wedge-shaped.

Hand decoration: Rubricated, red and blue lombards with blue-red penwork filigree (Cologne/Lower Rhenish style), red paragraph marks, capital strokes, and foliation. Annotations: Contemporary alpha-numeric quire signatures at bottom outside edge, mostly trimmed. Contemporary marginal and interlinear notations in several hands throughout. Contemporary foliation identification added to tabula listing saints, and tabula of additional legends (leaf [35]/1r) completed in manuscript.
