Binding
19th-century French gilt-tooled black, straight-grained morocco over paper boards (32 x 21.5 cm.), sewn on 5 supports by Bozerian Jeune. Morocco doublures with plain vellum and paper fly leaves; decorative endbands; gilt edges.
Inscriptions/Markings
Hand decoration: Rubrication unrealized. Annotations: Contemporary Italian or Latin marginal notations in Nicander's Theriaca, bleached/faded.
