Modern blind-tooled full brown goatskin, in a pastiche of an early style, over paper boards (30.8 x 21 cm), sewn on 6 supports by Riviere. Gilt-tooled title on boards and spine. Plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves; decorative endbands; gilt edges.

Hand decoration: Rubrication unrealized. Annotations: Booksellers' annotations on front and rear pastedowns.
