Binding
Contemporary English or French blind-rolled calf over thin beech boards (16.5 x 10 cm), sewn on 3 supports. Calf lost from exterior boards and spine, but some impression from stamps still visible on front board. 2 clasps, missing, but attachment to front boards suggests English work.
Inscriptions/Markings
Hand decoration: Contemporary French rubrication, alternating red and blue initials, red paragraph marks and underlining, and yellow capital strokes. Annotations: No marginal notations in text.
