Binding: 
15th-century Belgian blind-stamped sheep(?) over wooden boards (42 x 29 cm), sewn on 6 supports, with tools associated with Jean Guilebert of Bruges; repaired and rebacked. Modern plain vellum pastedowns and endleaves; decorative endbands; gilt and gauffered edges. Metal edge pieces on boards; bosses missing.
Inscriptions/Markings: 

Hand decoration: Contemporary Bruges illuminated initial and foliate border and unidentified armorial: azure, bend argent, chevron gules and three flowers (leaf [1]/2r), initials in red and blue (primary initials with penwork decoration), paragraph marks, yellow capital strokes, red and blue decorative line fillers, and ruling. Same hand and armorial as in PML 118 and 306. Annotations: No marginal notations in text. Alpha-numeric manuscript quire signatures, mostly trimmed. Manuscript title on fore edge, under gilding.
