Hand decoration: Rubrication unrealized. Annotations: Contemporary marginal notations throughout, 14-leaf quire bound at front with manuscript tabula ("Tabula vocabularum elegantiorum Phi. Bero. in Apu. editorum li. i," leaves [1]/1v-4r) and excerpt from Augustine, De civitate dei, book XVIII, chapter xvii (leaf [1]/5r), and 8-leaf quire at end with index, "Proverbiorum tabula. Et locorum dilucindatorum. et quae scita sunt" (leaves [YY]1r-4v). All additional manuscript leaves have ".yhs." at top. The manuscript tabula is not the same as the printed version found with some copies.
