The Morgan Library & Museum is pleased to present Seeds of Knowledge: Early Modern Illustrated Herbals. Opening October 6, 2023, and on view through January 14, 2024, the exhibition highlights the collection of fifteenth- to seventeenth-century European printed herbals of Dr. Peter Goop, one of the most significant private collections of herbals in the world.

Henry James and American Painting, opening at the Morgan Library & Museum on June 9, is the first exhibition to explore the author’s deep and lasting interest in the visual arts and their profound impact on the literature he produced.

The new look—the first since the Café opened in 2006—features red accents throughout that take their cue from the reds that architects Charles McKim and Renzo Piano used in their celebrated work at the Morgan.
