The Morgan Library & Museum presents J. Pierpont Morgan’s Library: Building the Bookman’s Paradise, on view June 10 through September 18, 2022.

The Morgan Library & Museum announced today that noted collector and trustee Eugene V. Thaw and his wife, Clare, have given the institution an extraordinary selection of fourteen master drawings, including works by Rembrandt, Turner, Delacroix, van Gogh, Matisse, Picasso, and Pollock.

Beginning February 19 the Morgan Library & Museum explores the history of the medium as a lucid, literate—but not always literal—tool of persuasion in a new exhibition, Sight Reading: Photography and the Legible World.
