Our multiyear restoration project restored the exterior of one of the finest examples of Neoclassical architecture in the United States and the historic heart of the Morgan.

This exhibition celebrates the extraordinary loan from the Galleria Borghese in Rome of the painting Boy with a Basket of Fruit, an important early work by Michelangelo Merisi, known as Caravaggio (1571–1610).

We are pleased to reveal the plans of the new design of the landscape surrounding the J. Pierpont Morgan Library.

Sing a New Song traces the impact of the Psalms on men and women in medieval Europe from the sixth to the sixteenth century. It encompasses daily practices and performance, as well as the creation of Psalters (Books of Psalms), among the most richly ornamented manuscripts ever made.

We look forward to welcoming you to our new garden this summer. As part of the second phase of a $12.6 million restoration project, this new outdoor space will add a new layer to our campus. It will enable visitors to experience the jewel of our campus—J.

The Morgan Book Project is an annual extended-learning program open and free to New York City public school teachers who work with grades 3–12.
