Modern/Contemporary Drawings: New Perspectives
In conjunction with the exhibition Embracing Modernism: Ten Years of Drawings Acquisitions, this series of lectures by international scholars will feature current research in the field of twentieth and twenty-first century drawings. This series is co-organized by the Morgan Drawing Institute and the Department of Education.
Briony Fer, Professor of History of Art, University College London, looks at the graphic processes of artists from Malevich and Mondrian to Agnes Martin, Ellsworth Kelly, and Ad Reinhardt.
