Written on stationery printed with a small map of Dunipace House and the towns surrounding Larbert and a drawing of two telephone poles with two birds facing one another on the telephone wires; embossed with "Dunipace / Larbert / Stirlingshire."
Harvie-Brown was the founder and co-editor, for twenty-five years, of "The Scottish Naturalist."
John White, brother of naturalist Gilbert White of Selborne, was a military chaplain at Gibraltar for sixteen years from 1756 to 1772.
Part of a collection of correspondence to William Herbert Mullens, concerning the publication of "The Introduction to Fauna Calpensis (A Natural History of Gibraltar and Southern Spain)" by John White and edited by W.H.
