Director

The Morgan Library & Museum invites applications for the position of Director. The position requires a commitment to the institution's constituencies and its vibrancy and growth. As the institution’s chief executive, the director will engage and inspire board and staff; be able to work with and manage professionals of diverse expertise; and demonstrate a firm grasp of management and financial practice. The position requires a visionary leader and tireless advocate for the Morgan, its needs and continued excellence.

Assistant Curator, Medieval and Renaissance Manuscripts

The Morgan Library invites applications for the position of Assistant Curator in the Department of Medieval and Renaissance Manuscripts. The Assistant Curator organizes exhibitions, researches the collection, assists with collection development, cultivates donors and contributes to fundraising, performs reference services, inventories collections, maintains departmental acquisitions files, and creates or revises online records for collection items.

Assistant/Associate Curator of Drawings and Prints

The Morgan Library & Museum invites applications for the position of Assistant or Associate Curator in the Department of Drawings and Prints. The primary responsibility of this position is the care, growth, display, interpretation, presentation, and publication of a broad spectrum of the Morgan’s extensive and famous collection of fifteenth through nineteenth century drawings and prints, with a particular emphasis on the Dutch, Flemish, and German schools.

Development Assistant

The Morgan Library & Museum invites applications for the position of Development Assistant. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Membership, the Development Assistant provides administrative support, especially as it relates to membership, direct mail appeals, data entry, record keeping, and events.

Manager of Marketing

The Morgan Library & Museum invites applications for the position of Manager of Marketing in the department of Communications and Marketing.

Manager of Public Programs

The Morgan Library & Museum invites applications for the position of Manager of Public Programs. This position is responsible for the development, organization, and implementation of the Morgan’s public programs.

Museum Educator

The Morgan Library & Museum is accepting applications for the position of part-time Museum Educators to teach a variety of school programs for students from elementary to high school.

Sales Associate

The Morgan Library & Museum has openings for part-time Sales Associates. The Sales Associate will support daily operations in the Morgan shop by maintaining merchandise displays, the efficient operation of a Point of Sale register system, and by providing excellent customer service to museum visitors.

Visitor Services Assistant

The Morgan Library & Museum has a part-time opening for a Visitor Services Assistant.
