Game of 16 handcolored panels laid down to linen; folded and attached to boards.
Passmore bought out the game stock of Edward Wallis in 1847 and sometimes issued the games with his imprint and rules books from remaining Wallis stock.
The rings of the game are named for the four continents, the four seasons, the four elements (air, fire, earth, water), and chemistry, optics, astronomy, and electricity.
