McKim Building Reopening Join us as we celebrate the reopening of the Morgan's iconic McKim building. The afternoon's festivities will begin with a welcome and talk about the McKim building refurbishment and collections by Morgan director William M. Griswold. Throughout the day, musicians, including the New-Trad Octet, a New Orleans–style band exploring the roots of early American music, will perform. Docents will be on hand to provide visitors with historical insight into the Morgan's architecture and collections, and the film All the Beautiful Things in the World: An Introduction to the Morgan will be screened. All events are included with admission to the Morgan.
