Card game based on the 1843 comedy in 5 acts, "Zopf und Schwerdt" by Karl Ferdinand Gutzkow. Comprising 9 cards with portraits and names and titles of the characters in the play, and 12 paper counters numbered 1-12, no. 8 missing. Played with dice. A card listing the characters and a sheet of directions for playing the game in German and French, are enclosed. Each of the 9 cards has its value indicated by four dice printed at the lower margin.
