Binding: 
Limp brown morocco, ca. 1900, block stamped in floral scroll pattern around a central panel, traces remain of the gilding that must have been heat-pressed to the entire surface of the binding. Doublures in red morocco, stamped in a gold diaper pattern, with a rectangular border of leaf motifs.

Decoration: 4 full-page miniatures, 2 illuminated headpieces. Rulings in blue, black, and gold.
The text box measures 155 x 93 mm, including the 13 mm wide border of vegetal motifs on a gold ground with which all text pages are framed. Many of the text blocks are on colored paper (pink or tan), all pages are decorated with gold spatters. The manuscript was executed in the oblong safīna or sefineh format.
