This is the drawing listed in Judson's two monographs on the artist (1959, 254, no. 213; 1999. 329, no. D.10) as "whereabouts unknown."
Despite the very old attribution to Honthorst, it might also be noted that this drawing is akin to those in a group attributed to Willem van Oordt.

Inscription: 

Inscribed on verso, in black chalk (in the hand of Ploos van Amstel), "Jesus geneest de verdode hand / Ger. Hondhorst / was Discepel van / Ab Bloemaert / Gerard Honthorst f ". Also with the Colnaghi inventory number "D27303" and the "1062" of the 1896 auction.
