Ms. leaves from an Armenian New Testament commentary by Sargis Vardapet; written and illuminated in Greater Armenia in the 13th century.
Scribe: Vahram; the prayer on fol. 1 can be translated as follows: Holy Spirit of God, help Vahram and enable him to reach the end of this writing.
Decoration: 1 full-page frontispiece and 2 illuminated title pieces.
Artist: perhaps Vahram.
The leaves are unbound and laid in an acid-free protective enclosure.
