The indulgence was granted by 3 archbishops and 15 bishops on July 18, 1343; it was confirmed by Bartolomeo Bardi, Bishop of Spoleto, on sept. 16, 1343--Cf. files.
Scribe: Gulielmus de Bononia, Bardi's scribe, signed the manuscript.
Decoration: 1 large historiated initial, 3 marginal bust portraits, cords for seals appended to turned-up lower border.
