Ms. written and illuminated in Italy, perhaps in Lombardy, early 14th century.
Decoration: 8 miniatures, 6 enclosed in circular frames; genealogical diagrams.
Enclosed in a heavy cardboard cylinder covered with mottled paper; label reads: Genealogy of Christ Rolled Manuscript. Italian XIV cent. M.689; inside the lid is a label on white paper reading: 14: 8bre 1780 (i.e., Oct. 1780).
