Artist: Custos Perhtolt; signed in the dedicatory miniature on fol. 80r, which contains the following dedicatory inscription written in square capitals: coeli clavigero donavit pectore laeto custos hunc librum perhtolt qui fecerit illum ut sit peccati precium. Per cuncta patrati hinc raptor poenas patiatur corpore sevas. ("To the bearer of the keys to heaven the Guardian Perhtolt who made this book offers it with joyful heart in order that it may be an expiration for all sins committed by him. May he who steals it suffer violent bodily pains.")
One page of text is missing after fol. 2; the recto probably contained a miniature.
Musical notation: neumes mark some of the lections.
Textiles: curtains of blue or cream silk for some miniatures.
