The Dresden Connection: Jan Vogler, cello, and Mira Wang, violin

To celebrate the exhibition Van Eyck to Mondrian: 300 Years of Collecting in Dresden, join distinguished cellist and Director of the Dresden Music Festival Jan Vogler,and  violinist Mira Wang, in a special program inspired by works on view.

Alessandro Rolla, Duo for violin and cello in B-flat Major
J. S. Bach, Suite No. 3 for cello solo in C Major, BWV 1009
Hanns Eisler, Duet for violin and cello, Op. 7/1
J. S. Bach, Suite No. 6 for cello solo in D Major, BWV 1012

The concert will take place in the Morgan's Gilder Lehrman Hall. In compliance with city guidelines, museum visitors 12 and older must show proof of at least one shot of a Covid-19 vaccine approved for emergency use by the FDA or the World Health Organization.
