Summary: 

Rectangular enamel plaque depicting the Holy Family; [Mary, S. Joseph, the Christ Child, S. Anne, S. Elizabeth, S. Joachim, and S. John the Baptist(?)] and three little angels. Three medalions with the Christ and two saints in enamel on the base.
