Possible attribution to Caccia Gugliemo, called Il Moncalvo. Montabone?, Asti 1568-1625 Moncalvo.

Inscription: 

Inscribed on verso, in pen and brown ink, "I Ca / Io Sono C"; and "Io Consonita Santa non (cut off)".
