Summary:
Edgeworth writes to her publisher to request, on behalf of one of Lord Longford's daughters, twenty-five copies of the portrait of her father [Edward, Lord Longford], which had appeared in the memoirs of [Maria's father] Richard Lovell Edgeworth [published by Hunter]. She asks to be informed of the cost, & she will confirm with Lord Longford's daughter the precise number required. She also sends news from Edgeworthstown of the ailing Mrs. Sneyd (now in her ninety-first year).
