Notes: 

Rozier was best known for his landscapes and seascapes, which he showed regularly at the Salon from 1839 until 1882. He preferred coastal views in Normandy and the banks of the Seine, often peopled with fishermen and washerwomen.

Signed with initials in pen and brown ink at lower right, "JR".
