This letter is laid into the original autograph manuscript of Lord Nelson's Will (MA 807).

Summary: 

Transmitting two codicils to his will relating to bequests to Lady Hamilton; saying that "Lady Hamilton should have five hundred pounds a year out of my Estate at Bronte and in the other Codicil which I also send you that two thousand Pounds should be paid to Lady Hamilton. You will place them with the other Codicil which I sent you wherein I give four thousand Pounds sterling to my adopted Daughter Horatia Nelson Thompson, and I beg that you will place these Codicils with my will & other Codicils in case it should please God to summon me from this world."
