Summary:
Oval composition with text of motto encircling it within border; design shows the Annunciation in a garden, with Mary kneeling on the ground beside an ewer and the angel hovering above her. On verso: a second oval design possibly intended as an alternative depiction of the Annunciation, showing a standing female figure similarly robed and veiled to the figure of Mary on recto, confronted by a radiant nude male figure who stands beside her.
