Summary: 

Formerly attributed to Willem van Nieulandt, who was a student of Paul Bril's in Rome, this anonymous, panoramic vedute depicts the colosseum in ruins. At the right side of the sheet, small figures admire it. The forum with the Temple of Venus and Roma is lightly delineated in the background.
