Signed and dated in pencil at lower right, "Casler / '58"; inscribed, signed, and dated along lower edge, "FOR DON - GREAT FRIEND, TEACHER & COMRADE IN ART Dick Casler 1970"; traces of a pencil inscription (erased) at upper right.
