Sullivan A.R.W.S 18 Hill Road St. John's Wood, NW."; label on verso from the Pall Mall Magazine, addressed to the engraving/printing firm of Messrs. Hiffe, specifying the screen size, along with the dimensions, number of copies, date needed, and the title of the story for which the engraved block is needed.
