Ms. genealogical tree; written and illuminated in England in the 16th century.
A genealogical tree from the legendary Guy of Warwick (10th century) to William Beauchamp (13th century)--Cf. Seventeenth report to the Fellows of the Pierpont Morgan Library, 1972-1974.
The manuscript is foliated; collation: I6.
Decoration: written in black ink; 1 large miniature containing two arms, 7 large roundels with portraits, 64 shields with arms, 17 depictions of documents, 12 of which are shown with one seal, one of which has 2 seals; the trees are horizontally arranged.
