Illustrated with 2 suites of Legrand's 15 full-page illustrations, executed in etching and aquatint, printed on Japan vellum by Porcabeuf Frères; each print present in the 1st and 2nd states as described by Arwas; with 30 process block and haltone textual illustrations by Ducourtioux and Huillard after drawings by Legrand, including 15 decorated initials and 15 tail-piece vignettes.
