The identical image appeared in Figaro in London, no. 22, 1832, with the title Duke of Cumberland as Jack in the Green.
Summary:
The largest and principal figure is Jack-in-the-Green with Cumberland's head peeping through the leafage; the framework is made of fetters forming a sort of crown at the apex, and is placarded "Oligarchy".
