Signed in monogram and dated upper right (not by Rembrandt), "Rt. 1631" (in state II).

Notes: 

Horizontal shading added to skirt below her right knee. Several horizontal lines added on face. (White and Boon)
Münz believed that the second and third states were the work of van Vliet. (White and Boon)
