George London Foundation Recital Series
This annual series of recitals presents pairs of stellar opera singers, many of whom were winners of a George London prize early in their careers, or recent George London Award recipients.

Warren Jones, piano
John Relyea returned this past season to the Royal Opera House as Betram in Roberto le Diable, and to the Metropolitan Opera as Méphistophélès in Faust. Lori Guilbeau made her Metropolitan Opera debut as the High Priestess in Aida in 2012, and returned to sing the Celestial Voice in Don Carlo in 2013. This program includes works by Strauss, Wagner, and Verdi, Mussorgsky's Songs and Dances of Death, and a premiere of a song set by Brian Lowdermilk, based on text by James Joyce.
