Glow Play: Sculpting with Light
To coincide with the exhibition Dan Flavin: Drawing, artist and educator Nicole Haroutunian will invite children and their fa.m.ilies to discover the drawings of Minimalist artist Dan Flavin. After visiting the exhibition and experiencing two of the artist's light installations first hand, they will then create color sketches inspired by Flavin's works on paper and shape glowing sculptures of their own.
