Orchestra of St. Luke's Muses & Origins: Three-Concert Chamber Music Series
Explore the composer's muse and the nature of musical inspiration with Beethoven's groundbreaking Septet, dedicated to the Empress Maria Theresa; Bach's Concerto for Oboe and Violin, revived from the composer's arrangement of the original work for two harpsichords; and Arensky's riveting and beautiful Second Quartet, influenced by the music of his idol and countryman, Tchaikovsky.
